DESA ATAS AWAN, BALI

DESA Atas Awan means the village above the clouds. The lodge is also in one of the most beautiful areas of Bali’s pristine highlands. The only 3 bungalows and 2 suites which are designed as Balinese cottages with thatched roofs of palm leaves, lies with the entire Valley in front of them.

Each bungalow is on 2 levels with a bedroom for the kids upstairs and to the adults downstairs. Here are the huge panoramic Windows, so that the marvelous nature accompanies all the way into the room.

It have a balcony on the first floor and lawn in front of your bungalow, where one is tempted to sit from morning to night to let your eyes glide over rice terraces, green gardens and the volcanoes in the distance. But, of course, must in addition also in the blazing nature.

HIKING AND CYCLING

The area is filled with hiking and biking trails, and the lodge offers several trips. All tours are inclusive. Guide, drinking water, fruit and nut snacks.

At MOUNTAIN BIKE to JATILUWIH RICE TERRACES, 2-3 HOURS
Approximately 7 km from the lodge is Jatiluwih rice terraces, which are appointed to UNESCO Cultural landscape. Run there on mountain biking along a beautiful route, which here and there is a little uphill, but everyone can participate.

The whole mountain area is transformed into coherent rice terraces and incredibly beautiful.

HEAT SOURCES
